Kiss & Tell All Package (Consultation Only)

This package is for those who just need a little direction throughout the Wedding Planning Process. Our experienced Wedding Consultant can enhance your knowledge on appropriate questions to ask your venue and vendors; create a customizable timeline; suggest adequate venues and vendors to fit the Wedding Couples needs.

Fee: $65.00/hr

Love at First Sight Package (Coordination Only)

You have worked so hard getting every little detail prepared for your Wedding Day, but now you want to kick up your feet and relax as you watch your hard work come to life. The services included are as follows:

Meeting with the Wedding Couple up to four weeks prior to the wedding day;
Assist Client with Marriage Licence;
Creation and management of the Wedding Day Itinerary;
Assistance in the creation of a seating plan;
Confirmation of details with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day;
Vendor Relations on the Wedding Day;
Attendance of the Ceremony Rehearsal;
Small décor set-up such as place cards, favors, completed centerpieces.
Wedding Day Management with an experienced Wedding Coordinator on site until all major components of the Wedding Day have been completed; and
Complimentary use of our Wedding Emergency Kit;

Fee: $700.00

Diamonds are Forever Package (Full Wedding Planning and Coordination)

This package caters to so many different couples and comes highly recommended to ensure any Wedding Couples Sanity. For couple’s who are simply to busy with work, children or whose partner always works out of town. Your wedding is supposed to be exciting and joyous occasion, not wanting to pull your hair out by the time the day comes. This package offers the following services:

Theme development;
Creation of Proposed Wedding Budget;
Budget Management;
Customized Wedding Timeline;
Monthly one on one meetings;
Unlimited consultations by phone or email;
Venue recommendations, meetings, negotiations and contract review;
Vendor recommendations, meetings, negotiations and contract review;
Wedding Etiquette;
Invitation management;
Assisting Guests booking accommodations;
Assist client with Marriage Licence;
Creation and management of the Wedding Day Itinerary;
Assistance in the creation of a seating plan;
Confirmation of details with vendors 2 weeks prior to the wedding day;
Vendor Relations on the Wedding Day;
Attendance of the Ceremony Rehearsal;
Small décor set-up such as place cards, favors, completed centerpieces.

Fee: 10% of the total Wedding Budget (minimum of $1500.00)
